I started my blog about 2 years ago and in those 2 years, I’ve revamped my site at least 20 times.
The only way to find out what you like and don’t like is to just try a bunch of different things.
Everytime I would change up my blog, I liked it for a time, then I ended up changing it again. I always thought I was just indecisive and flakey, but all it meant was that I was growing.
When I change around my blog, I feel like I’m one step closer to finding out who I really am, what I want to contribute to the world, and how I express myself through my art.
I say all that to say, I’ve changed the aesthetic of my pictures quite a bit.
I don’t want just a cute picture. I want more than that. I want my pictures to tell a story and to evoke emotion.
Change is good.
